steam ahead
From idea to implementation, we go through a number of concrete steps together. This is how we set the course for successful cooperation and a successful project.
Orientation project idea
Before I get started, I want to get a good idea of the objective of your project idea, who it is for and what competences are needed.
Determining competences
Depending on the scope of the project (regional, cross-border or transnational), I draw a first picture of the desired partners and the required competences that I will connect.
The right match
In the next step, I look for those partners and make a planning of various actions to come up with a good project proposal.
Working out the project proposal
Once that is agreed, I start working up the project proposal in an iterative process. After all, it is important that all partners recognize themselves in the proposal.
Supervising the implementation phase
During the implementation of the (externally financed) project, I can fulfil various roles: from project leader to process supporter and/or financial manager. In all roles, you will be unburdened. It is important in this context that all requirements of any external financier are met: I take care of that. The projects I have developed or supervised do not all involve external funding. I am also deployed to coordinate a project, implement an incentive scheme, supervise workshops or organize an event.
Expectation management plays a major role in all cases; all kinds of relevant stakeholders, connected to the project in question, are properly incorporated into the implementation.
